Loyalty Card Program Terms and Conditions
The Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Programme is operated by Hawke’s Bay Vapour and is exclusive to Hawke’s Bay Vapour.
Each member of Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Program is bound to the full terms and conditions of the programme, that may vary from time to time.
Hawke’s Bay Vapour may cancel, withdraw or alter the programmes, including these terms and conditions at any time at our discretion. Hawke’s Bay Vapour reserves the right to alter the reward rate at any time.
Hawke’s Bay Vapour may cancel any membership of the loyalty programme at any time in its absolute discretion.
On cancellation of the Hawke’s Bay Vapour loyalty programme or membership of the Hawke’s Bay Vapour loyalty programme all accrued Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars are forfeited. Hawke’s Bay Vapour will honour current Reward Vouchers providing they have not expired.
If we identify that you hold two or more cards, we may merge them into one account at our discretion. You may hold only one card and membership number. Memberships and cards cannot be held jointly.
Hawke’s Bay Vapour loyalty program is available for individuals only, not organisations or groups. Your account is not transferable and can only be used by the person whose name corresponds with the member profile. A member may terminate his or her membership in the Hawke’s Bay Vapour loyalty programme at any time by giving notice in writing and returning his or her card to Hawke’s Bay Vapour. All accrued Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars are automatically forfeited on termination.
Hawke’s Bay Vapour reserves the right to notify law enforcement agencies and to pursue any remedies that may be available in the case of improper use or fraudulent activity in relation to these loyalty programmes or any other systems.
The standard rate of loyalty dollar’s collection is for every twenty dollars spent on eligible retail items, you’ll get $1 store credit. This cannot be refunded for cash.
Hawke’s Bay Vapour reserves the right to exclude some promotions/products from accumulating Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars. We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for loyalty dollar's collection and redemption in store and online without notice.
If you return a product for refund, we will deduct the number of Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars collected from your account for that product.
Your Hawke’s Bay Vapour loyalty card must be presented at time of purchase to earn Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars. Rewards dollars cannot be retrospectively allocated once a purchase is complete.
Any discrepancies in Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars balance or rewards must be reported to Hawke’s Bay Vapour promptly. Otherwise the balance and rewards issued will be deemed to be correct and binding on the member. Hawke’s Bay Vapour ‘s decision on any such dispute is final and binding.
Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars may only be redeemed upon presentation of the of card (or appropriate ID) that corresponds with the membership number appearing on the Member profile. Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars will not be earned on the redemption of Vouchers.
Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars can be earned at any participating Hawke’s Bay Vapour.
Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars will be earned for purchases of any product and service in-store. Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars will be earned on the redemption of gift vouchers, not the purchase of gift vouchers.
Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars are electronic and not transferable.
Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars may currently be redeemed in-store only. Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars cannot be used on gift cards nor exchanged for cash.
If your Card is lost, stolen or damaged you must advise us as soon as possible that it is lost, stolen or damaged. You will then need to request a new card. Hawke’s Bay Vapour does not accept any responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged card or any loss or theft of Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars resulting from that loss, theft or damage.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Hawke’s Bay Vapour will not be liable for any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the rewards programme, including but not limited to, where arising out of: (a) any technical difficulties, network failures, virus or equipment malfunction (whether or not under our control); (b) any loss, theft, unauthorised access or third party interference with or of Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars, membership information or the Rewards card; (c) any Hawke’s Bay Vapour Loyalty Dollars that are not properly recorded against a member’s card; and (d) participation in, or termination of, the rewards programme.
